If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items purchased from BeaverGolf.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or damaged/defective products. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and include the original packing/shipping slip.
If an item(s) reaches you that appears to have been damaged in shipping or was defective out of the box, save the shipping carton and please contact BeaverGolf.com at (888) 650-2870 for immediate assistance. All claims for goods damaged in shipping must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. If you return items damaged in shipping to BeaverGolf.com without first contacting us, you may lose your right to make a claim with the carrier.

If you would like to exchange your purchase for equal or greater value, you may do so with new, unopened items purchased from BeaverGolf.com within one year from the date of purchase. Please be aware that many of our items are seasonal, so the same style in different colors or sizes may not always be available. In such cases, we will do our best to help you find a similar replacement if you wish.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, which will happen within 48 hours of receipt of your returned merchandise, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
